The 2nd full length album from noise grind masters 7000 Dying Rats. Born out of the wasteland of Detroit, MI in 1992, the Rats have been making apocalyptic noise for nearly 20 years. "The Sound of No Hands Clapping" was recorded from 1995-2000 between Detroit and Chicago and was originally released in February, 2001 by Tumult/Toyo Records on limited edition CD and LP (both long out of print). Members include Josh Diebel (The Christpunchers, Alleysweeper Records), Toney Vast-Binder (Harpoon, The Eunuchs), Steven Rathbone (Lair of the Minotaur), Josh Elmore (Cattle Decapitation), Weasel Walter (Hatewave, The Flying Luttenbachers) and many more.
